Welcome to Galleryou. By using our event photo-sharing platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By creating an account or using Galleryou, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for your events, guest invitations, and uploaded content. You must not misuse the Service (e.g., spam, abuse, infringing others' rights, or violating laws). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading photos and data, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.
Paid plans are charged as described at the time of purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
